Innovation, Technology and Workforce Development Leader
Donnell leads innovation strategy, technology-enabled learning, and workforce-development initiatives that expand access to opportunity. His work connects artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and experiential learning to help students, educators, institutions, and communities prepare for a rapidly changing future.
Across education, technology, and community development, he has built innovation centers, workforce pathways, digital platforms, community partnerships, and scalable programs that turn emerging ideas into practical impact. At TwinFlame Ventures, Donnell helps design systems, tools, and learning experiences that make innovation more accessible, relevant, and community-centered.

Alicia Layne
Co-Founder & Director of Programs, Wellness and Community Impact
Community Wellness, Youth Development and Program Leadership
Alicia leads inclusive, people-centered programs that connect wellness, personal growth, global learning, and community impact. Across her career, she has developed health and wellness initiatives for corporate and community audiences, including workplace movement and employee well-being practices.
She is the founder of Planting the Seeds Youth Yoga Program and serves as Program Director for the Global Impact Internship. At TwinFlame Ventures, Alicia helps ensure every initiative is welcoming, accessible, and grounded in the relationships and experiences that help people thrive.
